Our Leica Laser Tracker are highly precise and extremely mobile, which is why they are also called mobile coordinate measuring machines (mCMM). Depending on the application, we use the long-term stable AT 901 or the brand new, compact AT 960.
With its compact dimensions, light weight and durable battery operation, the AT 960 can even be used in places that were previously unavailable for high-precision industrial metrology. The flexible combination with the Leica T-Probe allows the measurement of inaccessible points with high tolerance requirements.
Laser Tracker from Leica enable a point accuracy of up to 10 micrometre based on interferometric laser distance measurements, even free-handed due to a possible sampling rate of 1000 Hz.
